Not marketing claims. Each of these either appears in your paperwork or it does not.
We inspect before we recommend
No specification is issued without someone having looked at the surfaces and measured them.
Written, itemised scope
Surfaces, preparation, products, coat count, schedule, exclusions and the supervisor responsible.
A named supervisor
You are told who is accountable for your site before work begins.
Preparation priced openly
Shown as its own line rather than absorbed into a rate, so you can compare quotations honestly.
Property protected and cleaned daily
Covering and masking before work starts, and the site cleaned at the end of each day.
Warranty with stated conditions
Issued in writing with its exclusions and maintenance obligations set out.
Being straight about it
What we are not claiming.
- We do not claim any certification, accreditation or registration on this site.
- We do not claim applicator status, authorisation or partnership with any paint manufacturer.
- We do not publish awards, rankings or membership badges.
- We do not state a number of years in business, projects completed or staff employed.
If any of those becomes relevant to a project of yours, a system warranty requiring an approved applicator, for instance, we will tell you exactly what our position is, in writing, and you can verify it with the manufacturer directly.
