We do not have reviews to show you here yet, and we are not going to write some. Every review that appears on this page will be a real customer, with their permission, naming the service and the area they are in.
How we handle reviews
Our rules for what appears on this page.
Reviews are the easiest thing on a website to fabricate, which is exactly why they are worth so little unless the rules are stated.
Real customers only
Every review is tied to an actual job in our records, a property, a service and a date.
Published with permission
We ask before publishing, and we tell the customer where it will appear and how they are named.
Never edited to flatter
We may trim for length. We do not rewrite a review to say something the customer did not say.
No rating without reviews
You will not find a star rating or a review count on this site until there are reviews behind it. The same applies to our search-engine markup.
Criticism stays up
A review that points out something we got wrong is more useful to you than one that does not.
References on request
Until this page fills up, ask at the inspection. Where a customer is willing, we will put you in touch directly.
Judge us on the inspection first.
It costs nothing and commits you to nothing, and it will tell you more about how we work than a page of testimonials would.
