These terms cover your use of this website and any enquiry you send through it. They do not govern painting work, that is covered by the quotation you sign.

The website is information, not an offer
Everything on this site describes services we offer generally. It is not an offer to carry out work at a particular price or on particular terms.
Nothing on this site forms a contract. A contract exists only when we have inspected your property, issued a written quotation, and you have accepted it.
Quotations and estimates
- Any figure produced online or discussed before an inspection is indicative only
- Final scope and price depend on inspection, measurement and a written quotation
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them
- Where work reveals damage that was not visible at inspection, we will agree any change in writing before continuing
Sending an enquiry
- Give accurate contact and property details, so we can respond usefully
- Do not submit anyone else’s personal information without their permission
- We may decline an enquiry, including where the property is outside the areas we can service properly
- Sending an enquiry does not oblige either of us to proceed
We handle what you send us as described in our privacy policy.
Accuracy of this site
We keep the content current and dated, but painting products, methods and service coverage change. Where something matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it for your project specifically.
Advice on this site is general. It cannot account for the condition of your particular walls, which is why we inspect before recommending anything.
Content and trade marks
The text, photographs, brand marks and design on this site belong to PremiumWalls unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish them commercially without our permission.
Any third-party product or brand names mentioned remain the property of their owners. Naming a product does not imply that we are authorised, endorsed by, or in partnership with its manufacturer.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
