This is what a project record contains, and what will appear here once each one is approved for publication by the customer.
Before, during and after
Photographs from a fixed position at the same focal length, so the comparison is honest rather than flattering.
The original problem
What was wrong with the surfaces, in the customer's words as well as ours.
Scope and preparation
What was actually done, repairs, levelling, primer, not just the finish coat.
Products and systems
What was specified and why, recorded against the job.
Area and duration
Measured area and how long it took, from the job record rather than from memory.
Written permission
No project appears here without the customer agreeing to it in writing.
