We are a painting and surface-care company working across Bengaluru from an office in HSR Layout. We paint homes and commercial spaces, treat damp, repair walls and finish wood and metal, and we are unusually interested in the part of the job that happens before the colour goes on.
What we actually believe
Most paint jobs fail because of what was underneath.
It is rarely the paint. It is a wall that was still damp, plaster that had come away from the masonry, a crack filled without being opened, or an old coat that nothing new was ever going to bond to.
We show the preparation
The stage most contractors hide is the stage that decides how the wall looks in three years. We itemise it, photograph it and expect to be judged on it.
We put it in writing
Scope, surfaces, products, coats, schedule, exclusions and the supervisor responsible. If it is not written down, it is not agreed.
What we will not do
We would rather lose the job than misrepresent it.
- We will not paint over a damp wall. It will fail, and you will have paid twice.
- We will not quote a rate before measuring, because it would change once we saw the property.
- We will not promise a warranty period without stating its conditions and exclusions.
- We will not claim a project, a review or a credential we cannot evidence.
- We will tell you when a job needs a structural opinion rather than a coating.
