Warranty
What our warranty covers, and what it does not.
A warranty with no stated conditions is not worth much. This page explains how ours works. We give a one-year workmanship warranty on the preparation and the application, and the specific coverage for your project is written into your quotation, because it also depends on the surfaces, the system and the condition of the property.

The headline: one year on workmanship
Every project carries a one-year workmanship warranty from the date of handover. It covers defects that come from how we carried the work out, rather than from the building itself or from something that happens later.
The full terms for your project are in the written quotation you approve, and again in the handover document. They name what is covered, and what falls outside it, because that genuinely differs between an interior repaint, an exterior system and a waterproofing treatment. Some systems carry a longer manufacturer warranty on the product itself, separate from our workmanship cover, and that is stated in the quotation where it applies.
What the workmanship warranty covers
Broadly, defects that come from how the work was done rather than from the building or from later events. In practice that means things like:
- Coating failure that traces back to preparation we did not do properly
- Application defects: uneven coverage, visible lap marks, coats not applied as specified
- Finishes not applied to the specification set out in your approved scope
What it does not cover
These are the common exclusions. Your quotation states the ones that apply to your project specifically.
- Damage from water entering the structure after completion, where the source was outside our scope or was declined at quotation stage
- Structural movement, settlement cracks and defects originating in the building fabric
- Accidental damage, impact, abrasion, or damage from cleaning with unsuitable products
- Normal wear in high-traffic areas, and gradual fading of exterior colour through sun exposure
- Work carried out on surfaces we advised against painting, where you asked us to proceed anyway
- Alterations, repairs or repainting carried out by anyone else after handover
- Damage that follows from not doing the maintenance set out at handover
Where we recommended more work than you accepted
Sometimes an inspection turns up work, like a moisture source, deeper preparation or plaster rebuilding, that then gets taken out of the scope to bring the cost down. That is a fair call to make, and we will still do the work you have asked for.
But we record the recommendation in writing, and the warranty does not cover failures that trace back to the work you left out. You will know this before you sign, not afterwards.
Maintenance you are responsible for
- Keeping terrace outlets, gutters and drains clear so water does not stand against the structure
- Telling us about new damp patches, cracks or leaks when you spot them, not a season later
- Cleaning painted surfaces with mild products, not abrasives or strong solvents
- Keeping bathrooms and kitchens properly ventilated
How to raise a warranty claim
Call us on +91 81518 15149 or email support@premiumwalls.in with your quotation reference, a description of the problem and photos where you can. We will arrange to come and look at it.
If it falls within the warranty, we put it right. If it does not, we explain why and tell you what it would cost to fix, rather than just saying no.

Ask about warranty at the inspection.
It is a fair question and it deserves a specific answer. We will tell you what would be covered for your property and what would not, before you commit to anything.
- We call you back the same day to get a picture of the property and the surfaces.
- We agree a time and come out for the free inspection.
- You get the written scope and itemised quotation.
- Nothing starts until you approve it.
