Our team
Who will actually be in your property.
We have not put up a page of stock portraits with invented job titles. Until we publish our own people, with their real names and photographs, here is an honest description of the roles on a project and what each is accountable for.

Roles on a project
Five jobs, and who owns each.
On any project you should know who decided the specification, who is accountable on site, and who to call when something is wrong.
Colour and site consultant
Carries out the free inspection: assesses the surfaces, discusses colour and finish, measures the paintable area and writes up what the property actually needs.
Site supervisor
Owns one project at a time. Responsible for the schedule, the standard of preparation, protection of your property, and anything you are not happy with.
Painters and applicators
Carry out preparation and application. Judged on the parts nobody photographs, crack repair, levelling, cut lines and whether the site is clean at the end of the day.
Waterproofing and diagnosis
Traces where water is entering before anything is specified, and says plainly when a problem needs a structural opinion rather than a coating.
Estimating and coordination
Turns the inspection into a written, itemised quotation, and keeps the scope, schedule and any agreed change in writing.
You are told who your supervisor is before work starts, and that is the person accountable for the site. Ask at the inspection.
Meet the person who would run your project.
The free inspection is carried out by the consultant who would write your specification. It is the most useful half hour you can spend before committing to anything.
- We call you back the same day to get a picture of the property and the surfaces.
- We agree a time and come out for the free inspection.
- You get the written scope and itemised quotation.
- Nothing starts until you approve it.
